In line with the principles that characterize the spirit of Brema Ice Makers Spa, same has adepte a Code of Ethics, which indicates the general principles and guidelines the Company recognizes of positive ethical value.
Below  are identified the principles and values that inspired Brema Ice Makers Spa in adopting the current Code of Ethics.

 

Brema Ice Makers S.p.a. recognizes the fundamental importance to preserve and  protect the environment and ambient wealth, undertaking to safeguard it  and to contribute to sustainable development of the territory, through the use of best technologies available on the market and the constant monitoring of business processes, as well as  to the identification of industrial solutions of lower environmental impact.

 

Human resources are recognized as fundamental and indispensable factor for the development of Brema Ice Makers Spa, which protects the growth and professional development in order to increase the wealth of owned skills, with particular regards to the moral and physical integrity of the staff.

 

Brema Ice Makers S.p.a. pursues with the utmost commitment the goal to ensure the health and safety at work, carefully taking all appropriate measures to avoid risks related to the conduct of its business activities and for an adequate assessment of the risks involved, with the aim of directly crossing them at source and to ensure their removal or, where not possible, to manage them.

The addressees of the Model and of Code of  Ethics must properly act in order to avoid conflicts of interest, meaning all those situations in which the pursuit of own interest should be in conflict with the interests and the "mission" of the Company and may affect in any way the implementation of the principles and values on which the Company is based.
